Returns & Exchanges

Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. All garments must retain their original tags and security seals to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the returns portal to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return invoice is included and the RAN is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the box and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop the package at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Control & Refund

  Once received, our atelier will inspect the items for quality; approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
